Get your taxes done? Go on a Downtown Historical Tour


Did you get your taxes done, or are you planning to have them done by Friday? Reward yourself with a historical tour of West Palm Beach led by architect and historian Rick Gonzalez of REG Architects.

The one-hour guided stroll showcases the evolution of downtown West Palm Beach, highlighting historic buildings and notable landmarks.  This very popular tour also features an overview of historical urban design through recent area development.

WHEN:                  Friday, April 1, 2016 and Friday, April 15 at 4:00 pm. Please arrive by 3:50 pm.
WHERE:                Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum, in the historic 1916 Court House, West Palm Beach. Corner of 3rd St. & N. Dixie Hwy.

TICKETS:                Tours are free (suggested $5 donation).

Special events of the Historical Society such as the Historical Walking Tour grew from a desire to present Palm Beach County’s visitors, history buffs, and outdoors lovers with activities that are educational and fun, and to introduce them to the Richard and Pat Johnson Palm Beach County History Museum.
