Heart & Soul Fest 2016 is back with live music, arts and crafts, family activities, and more!

Soul food, soul music and soulful dancing are on the agenda for the Fourth Annual “Heart & Soul Fest” on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. The festival, a production of the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency and the Northwest Neighborhood, will feature musical performances Pieces of a Dream, an American R&B and jazz group from Philadelphia, and N2 Nation, a popular south Florida Motown band. The lineup will also include emcee Sylvia Sharp and DJ So’ Nuf, Faith Place Band and Tommy (Tweet) Wilcox Tweet Da Raw.
